All employees were friendly and willing to help. John answered all of my questions about the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
When I arrived at the dealership, every one offered their services and allowed me to view their floor displays. When I was ready I approached John Mann with specific questions. He helped me decide on which model Would fit my families needs.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with John Mann on the purchase of our 2012 Focus. He did everything he could to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. He was friendly and knowledgable. He even stayed after closing time to sync up my phone and review all the features of the car the day we took delivery. I would definitly recommend Taylor Ford, but especially John!
